Refund policy

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the item has been dispatched.

As we sell custom-engraved products, work on your order may begin immediately. If engraving has already started, we may not be able to cancel the order. Please contact us at sales@ikkado.com as soon as possible to make a cancellation request.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products (keychains, etc.) are custom-made and engraved specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please double-check all personalization details (such as spelling, dates, and text) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a defective item we cannot replace):

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
