Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Delivery estimates below begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

PO Boxes: Standard (USPS) ships to PO Boxes; UPS 2nd Day Air requires a street address.

Order changes: If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We may be unable to change the address after fulfillment.

Undeliverable/returned packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit: If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
